My love for teaching...

There was never any doubt of what I wanted to do when I grew up.  I wanted to be a teacher.   So since I was in tenth grade I have worked from baby-sitting to now being a teacher for the past fourteen years!  I am loving every minute and so glad I followed my dream.

  1. Hi Kate - I really thought I posted on a couple of blogs last night...yours being one. I remember because I loved the background. However, each of the ones I posted on I didn't see my post today, so I will try again. I am new to this, so crossing my fingers today that it works. Looking forward to learning more about you and others!

  2. Hi Kate,
I also always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I think when people follow their dream their career seems to be fulfilling. I also love what I do and love being connected to others that share the same views. Found this and thought is was fitting!

  3. Thanks for your comments! I love that we can share in our experiences and learn and grow in what each other has done. Thanks Tisha for the link. It's great to see. I can remember playing school when I was little and thinking, "This is it for me!" There was never any doubt. I look forward to working with each of you in the future.

  4. I think it's great that you are getting paid for doing what you love. Also, to give support to each other when needed. today is one of those days when I am feeling "overwhelmed with school, working two jobs and trying to balance responsibilities in my personal life. This too will pass! Anyway, I love your page!

  5. Hi Kate -

I have really enjoyed getting to know you through your blog and discussion questions. I love your blog spot - the way it is set up and all. I want to say thank you for all your post on my blog - it really helps to see how we connect with each other through our feelings, trials, experiences, and love for children. I hope to keep in contact with you, whether through the blogs, courses, or just e-mailing each other for guidance, support, and encouragement. Hope to hear from you soon - will keep you in my prayers for you to succeed on your journey!
